Patient Charter |
We want you to have the very best care our practice can provide.
We will strive to be the best Doctors we can be.
We will maintain our professional skills through ongoing education.
We will offer a second opinion at any time on request.
We are skilled General Practitioners and we will take the time to understand your health problems.
We need you to make sure that you tell us all the information we need to help in your care.
We need you to make sure you are reviewed if your symptoms change or your condition deteriorates.
We need you to let us know if you do not understand any of our advice.
We need you always call the rooms to check that the Doctor has reviewed your results at 7 days or book to re-attend to discuss the results in person.
We need you to ensure you always make and keep follow up appointments. If you cannot attend we need you to cancel your appointments and reschedule your visit.
Our practice does post out some reminders for procedures such as pap smears and diabetes reviews. However it is important that you do not rely on these reminders. Your health is your own responsibility.
