At the Lennox Head Medical Centre we believe grievances or misunderstandings are best dealt with within the practice.
If you have any concern regarding a consultation please feel free to raise the matter with the doctor directly or through another doctor if you feel this is more appropriate. We really appreciate an opportunity to make improvements to the practice.
