Appointments are encouraged, please phone from 8:30 am and request to see the doctor of your choice.
Patients with appointments have priority over those patients without appointments, except in cases of medical emergency.
Emergency patients are always given the highest priority.
Sometimes the Doctor of your choice may be fully booked, however there will always be a doctor available for urgent medical matters. If you feel you need to be seen that day, please let the receptionist know so that you can be given a suitable time.
Please cancel an appointment if you can’t make it. This frees up your appointment for someone else.
If you have a complex problem, or are wanting a full check, or just feel you need more than 15 minutes please be sure and book a longer appointment with your doctor.
